Delivery in Ukraine:

Transport company "Nova Poshta". Orders are sent daily from Monday to Saturday, the delivery time depends on the transport company (from 1 to 3 days). The services of a transport company are not included in the cost of your order.

International delivery:

We send the company "Ukrposhta" to the office, the time of receipt of the parcel depends on the transport company (from 7 to 14 days). Orders are shipped with 100% payment. The "international delivery" service is paid separately, our manager will calculate the cost of delivery to your region and add the amount to the order.

Receipt:

Upon delivery to the warehouse of the transport company, the order is stored in the warehouse for no more than 5 working days, after which it is sent back! Only the person named on the transport declaration as the recipient can receive the order. You must have an identity document with you!

Exchange and return:

Note! The product is not subject to exchange and return. In accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172 “on the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine“ on the protection of consumer rights, ”which designates a list of goods of good quality that are not subject to exchange or return, the list includes perfumery and cosmetic products proper quality.
