OxiPOWER eyebrow dye oxidizer is a universal oxidant, which is specially designed for effective and safe mixing with ELAN professional line oxidation dyes and eyebrow lightening powders. Thanks to its balanced formula, the product provides a stable consistency of the mixture, uniform application and deep penetration of the dye into the hairs. This allows you to achieve a rich, persistent color.
Important! This oxidizer cannot be used for dyeing eyelashes.
Precautions:
- For professional use only. Contains hydrogen peroxide.
- The product may cause an allergic reaction. Read and follow the instructions for use.
- This product is not intended for use by persons under 16 years of age.
- Wear protective gloves. For external use only.
- In case of contact with eyes, rinse them immediately with water. Do not use for dyeing eyelashes.
- In case of irritation/rash, consult a dermatologist.
The manufacturer reserves the right to change the formula and packaging of the product.
How to use:
See the instructions for use of the product with which the oxidant will be used. The mixing ratio of the oxidant to eyebrow dyes is 1:1.

Using OxiPOWER after lamination
The ÉLAN × ASIA eyebrow lightening system can be used after creating a new direction of hairs, provided that they are lightened by 1-2 tones and the following recommendations are followed:
- use of the BTX-BROW MASK restorative mask after completing the procedure
- further regular moisturizing of the hairs with LIPIDIC 2.0 concentrate
Ingredients: CETEARYL ALCOHOL, GLYCERIN, ETHYLHEXYL STEARATE, CETEARETH-20, ARGANIA SPINOSA KERNEL OIL, CETRIMONIUM CHLORIDE, SODIUM STANNATE, PHOSPHORIC ACID, TETRASODIUM PYROPHOSPHATE, DISODIUM EDTA, CITRIC ACID, SODIUM CARBONATE, SODIUM HYDROXIDE.
