Professional oxidizer specially designed to be mixed with eyebrow dye. The product contains 3% hydrogen peroxide, which helps to activate the pigments in the paint and provide the most saturated, deep and even tone. Composition (INCI): Aqua (Water), Hydrogen Peroxide, Ceteareth-20, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Stearate Citrate, Paraffinum Liquidum (Mineral Oil), Hydroxyethylcellulose, Disodium EDTA, Phosphoric Acid, Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate, Sodium Stannate.
Characteristics
How to use: Mix the oxidizer with the paint in equal proportions 1:1 in a non-metallic container until the mixture becomes homogeneous and creamy. Apply the coloring mixture evenly on the eyebrows or eyelashes. After 5-15 minutes, wash off with water using a cotton pad. The duration of action depends on the desired depth of color.
Shelf life: 24 months, 6 months after opening.
Storage conditions: at a temperature from +5°С to +25°С, relative air humidity up to 70% in a closed package.
