How to use:
- Mix the oxidizer with CLEAR TONE cream-lightener in a 1:1 ratio until a homogeneous creamy consistency is obtained.
- Apply to clean, dry eyebrows and leave on as recommended for the selected lightening level.
- After the exposure time is over, remove excess with a dry or damp cotton pad.
