Directions for use:
- Mix the developer with CLEAR TONE cream lightener in a 1:1 ratio until a smooth, creamy texture is achieved. Apply to clean, dry eyebrows and leave on as directed for desired lightening.
- After the application time, remove excess with a dry or damp cotton pad.
Ingredients: Aqua, Cetearyl Alcohol, Hydrogen Peroxide, Phosphoric Acid, Ceteareth-20, Disodium EDTA, Tetrasodium Pyrophosphate, Sodium Stannate.
