The oxidizing agent is intended for mixing with cosmetic products for coloring and lightening the eyebrows ТМ ELAN professional line:
— Gel-paint for eyebrows "ELAN" with an oxidizing agent;
— Ultramarine powder for lightening eyebrows.
Oxidizer 3% can only be used with the above products. It is not recommended to use an oxidizing agent in combination with eyebrow dyes or eyebrow lightening products from other manufacturers.

Volume: 30 ml.
Depending on the procedure, use 3% TM ELAN professional line oxidizer in the following proportions:
- Gel-paint for eyebrows "EAM" with an oxidizing agent
- mix gel paint with an oxidizing agent in a 1: 1 ratio in a non-metallic container.
- Ultramarine Eyebrow Powder
Eyebrow lightening using the LIGHT technique (lightening eyebrow hairs by 1-2 tones)
- mix ultramarine powder with an oxidizing agent in a ratio of 1: 3 (one part powder and three parts oxidizing agent).
Eyebrow lightening using the INTENSE technique (lightening of eyebrow hairs by 3-5 tones).
- mix ultramarine powder with an oxidizing agent in a ratio of 1: 2 (one part powder and two parts oxidizing agent).

PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES
Before use, it is necessary to perform an allergic reaction test: mix 2 drops of gel paint / a small amount of powder and an oxidizing agent, apply the mixture to a small area of \u200b\u200bthe skin of the elbow 48 hours before use. If redness, swelling or irritation does not appear on the skin, proceed with the procedure for coloring or lightening the eyebrows.
Contains hydrogen peroxide. Use protective gloves. Do not use metal objects while handling the product. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the components of the product. Avoid contact with eyes and mouth. In case of contact with eyes or mouth, rinse immediately with water. If necessary, consult your doctor. Do not use on open wounds.
