Elan Ultramarine powder for brightening eyebrows

Ultramarine powder TM ELAN professional line contains a conditioning liquidum complex, which provides maximum protection and care for eyebrow hairs during the lightening procedure, and also gives the lightening mixture elasticity for more comfortable application. Neutralizing ultramarine pigments, which are part of the powder, reduce the likelihood of an unwanted yellow tint on bleached hairs.

Shelf life: 24 months.

Shelf life after opening the package: 12 months.

Mode of application:

1. Technique LIGHT : lightening eyebrow hairs by 1-2 tones (without subsequent toning)

Mix "Ultramarine Eyebrow Lightening Powder" TM ELAN professional line with Oxidative Emulsion 3% TM ELAN professional line in a ratio of 1:3 (one part of powder and three parts of oxidizing emulsion). At the first stage of the procedure, apply the clarifying mixture to thicker hairs, at the second - spread it over the entire surface of the eyebrows using a brush. Depending on the desired result and the thickness of the hairs, leave the mixture for 1-3 minutes. If the desired result is achieved, wash off the clarifying mixture with a cotton pad moistened with water. If you need to get a lighter shade, repeat the procedure. To complete the chemical reaction, apply "ELAN professional line Bactericidal Bactericidal Cleansing Eyebrow and Eyelash Detox Mousse" to the eyebrows and remove the foam with a cotton pad moistened with water. As an indelible care after the clarification procedure, it is recommended to use the "ELAN professional line COLOR FIX color fixative fluid for eyebrows and eyelashes with keratin and sunflower oil".

IMPORTANT!   When re-lightening, apply the lightening mixture only to the regrown brow hairs using a fine brush (e.g. ELAN professional line BLACKWOOD Professional Makeup Brush #1).

2. INTENSE Technique : lightening eyebrow hairs by 3-5 tones
   Mix "Ultramarine Eyebrow Lightening Powder" ТМ ELAN professional line with Oxidizing Emulsion 3% ТМ ELAN professional line in a ratio of 1:2 (one part of powder and two parts of oxidizing emulsion). At the first stage of the procedure, apply the clarifying mixture to thicker hairs, at the second - spread it over the entire surface of the eyebrows using a brush. Depending on the desired result and the thickness of the hairs, leave the mixture for 5-15 minutes. If the desired result is achieved, wash off the clarifying mixture with a cotton pad moistened with water. If you need to get a lighter shade, repeat the procedure. To complete the chemical reaction, apply "ELAN professional line Bactericidal Bactericidal Cleansing Eyebrow and Eyelash Detox Mousse" to the eyebrows and remove the foam with a cotton pad moistened with water. If, after the completion of the lightening procedure, it is necessary to make the color of the hairs more saturated, use the ÉLAN Eyebrow Gel-Paint with an Oxidizer, tone 03 medium brown ТМ ELAN professional line, according to the instructions:

• Mix gel-paint, oxidizing agent and cream with argan oil TM ELAN professional line in a ratio of 1:1:4 (one part of gel-paint, one part of oxidizing agent and four parts of cream with argan oil).
• Apply the coloring mixture on the eyebrows and leave for 1-2 minutes. Then remove the paint from the eyebrows with a cotton pad moistened with water.
• To complete the chemical reaction, apply "ELAN professional line COLOR FIX Brow and Eyelash Fluid with Keratin and Sunflower Oil" to the eyebrows.

IMPORTANT!   After lightening the eyebrow hairs, it is not recommended to carry out a standard eyebrow dyeing procedure. When using eyebrow dye and oxidizer in a ratio of 1: 1, the eyebrow hairs will turn black!
