The permanent gel gives a softening effect, the scales of the hairs open up. This is due to the action of ammonium thioglycolate, which actively destroys amino acids in the hair structure. Neutralizing cream provides hardening of keratin, preserving the new bonds formed under the action of the permanent. The amount of neutralizer is selected according to the amount of permanent gel.
