Due to the different thickness of the material on the fingers/palm/cuff, it is customary to calculate the density of the glove as an indicator of the weight of 1 piece of glove of size M.
For example, 1 package (100 pieces) of gloves weighs 450 grams, the weight of a cardboard package (box) is about 50 grams, respectively, the net weight of 100 gloves is about 400 grams - the weight/density of a glove is 4 grams. Since a glove of size S is smaller than a glove of size M, with the same density of gloves (for example, 4 grams), less material is needed for this glove, and the weight of a glove of size S, with a density of 4 grams, will be about 3.8 grams. With a glove of size L, the situation is reversed, the glove is larger in size, therefore more material is needed for its manufacture, the weight of a glove of similar density, but in size L, will be approximately 4.2 grams.
